ssbet Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the ssbet platform. This document forms the basis of the agreement between you and us.

1 Introduction and Acceptance

ssbet (referred to herein as "Platform", "we", or "ssbet") is an online gaming and betting platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ssbet website, application, and all related services.

When you create an account on ssbet, access the platform, or use any of its services, you automatically agree to these Terms. Do not use the platform without reading and understanding these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

ssbet operates as a safe and reliable platform following SSL encryption and fair play principles. We are committed to protecting the security and interests of all our users.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account and use services on ssbet, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must be legally permitted to use services of this nature.
  • Each person may create only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
  • You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential.

ssbet may at any time request identity documents, proof of address, or other documentation as part of the verification process. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until proper verification is completed.

Important: Registering with false information or creating multiple accounts will result in the immediate suspension or closure of all associated accounts, and any funds held may be forfeited.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to financial transactions on ssbet:

  • Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (per payment method).
  • Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawal Processing Time: Generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposited funds will only be returned to the account from which they were deposited. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

For unusual or suspicious transactions, ssbet may request additional documentation for verification and temporarily suspend withdrawals. Compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) policy is our responsibility.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ssbet bonuses and promotional offers are provided under the following terms:

  • Welcome Bonus: 200% bonus on first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
  • Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before withdrawal.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is not possible without meeting the wagering requirement.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
  • ssbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, ssbet may cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
Please note: In any dispute related to bonuses, ssbet's decision will be considered final.

5 VIP Program and Rewards

ssbet's VIP program has three tiers. You can advance through tiers based on regular play and activity:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
  • Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

ssbet reserves the right to change VIP membership criteria and benefits. Final decisions regarding cashback and VIP benefits rest with ssbet.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ssbet platform:

  • Creating multiple accounts or managing another person's account.
  • Abusing bonuses and promotions or attempting to artificially fulfill wagering requirements.
  • Hacking, scraping, or gaining unauthorized access to the platform's software.
  • Placing bets using any automated software, bots, or systems.
  • Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
  • Harassing or attempting to harm other users.
  • Using a third party's payment method without their name or authorization.

If any of the above prohibited activities are identified, ssbet reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, forfeit funds, and take legal action if necessary.

7 Fair Play and Security

ssbet is firmly committed to fair play and user security. The outcome of all games on our platform is determined by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG).

  • All data is protected by SSL encryption.
  • Financial transactions are completed through a secure payment gateway.
  • Game results are not manipulated or predetermined.
  • Users' personal and financial information is not sold to third parties.

8 Betting and Gaming Rules

There are some general rules on the ssbet platform regarding betting and gaming that all users must follow:

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • Transactions completed due to technical errors may be cancelled, and in such cases ssbet will refund the bet amount.
  • For sports betting, the official result will be considered final.
  • ssbet reserves the right to reject any bet or set maximum bet limits.
  • In the case of disputed results, ssbet's decision will be final.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

ssbet may suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any part of these Terms.
  • Providing false information or failing to supply documents during the verification process.
  • The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
  • Detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  • At the user's own request.

Users may also request closure of their account at any time. Any verified balance due (if applicable and subject to terms being met) will be returned before closure.

10 Limitation of Liability

ssbet is not liable for the following:

  • Interruptions to gameplay caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
  • Faults in third-party software or services.
  • Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) — such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.
  • Misuse of a user's account information resulting from the user's own negligence.

ssbet will never bear liability exceeding the amount deposited by the user for any direct or indirect loss.

11 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the ssbet platform — logos, graphics, text, software, designs, and other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ssbet. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use these materials without prior permission from ssbet.

Third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) own their own intellectual property and their terms apply separately.
